ZAGH provides for delivery to the recipient via shipping partners depending on the shipping address. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
If the items in your order total €1000 or more, your order ships FREE! We also provide for free shipping on selected items and destinations. ZAGH customer services team will provide complete shipping information through an order confirmation email once the order has been received and processed. Alternatively, you can simply inquire about shipping rates by sending an email to email@example.com.
You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days. As ZAGH cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee of when the order will be delivered to the customer’s address. In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you to inform you of the expected date of delivery.
As a consumer, you have a right to cancel the purchase order if the entire delivery is delayed in relation to the applicable agreement. Freight costs are listed in the order confirmation and are to be paid by the buyer. Costs relating to customs clearance and local VAT and administration fees to shipping company shall be paid by the buyer upon delivery of the product(s).

How do I return an item?
You have a 10-day right of cancellation on ordered goods, calculated from the day on which they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the goods in the same condition and quantity as when you received them. As packaging represents a significant portion of the product’s value, the product cannot be considered returned in the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. The customer is liable for ensuring that the return goods are packaged suitably. Thus, you are encouraged to save the packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the product.
